Warehouse1: Raised floor type. (WH1)
We offer warehouse 1 with solid structure and equipped with all necessary facilities such as :
- Performed storage space whitout central warehouse column.
- Platforms for loading and unloading with or without Dock leveler.
- Charging station for electical forklifts.
- Station electrical distribution panel control.
Office Warehouse 1 (O-WH1)
Office warehouse 1 is composed of 3 floors :
- The 1st floor has direct access to warehouse.
- The 2nd floor has 4 office rooms. You can have a view of warehouse, and control what is going on in the warehouse.
- The 3rd floor is open space design and has also a view of warehouse.
Area under roof of warehouse1. (AUR1)
It's located beside the warehouse1. (Open side walls type)
This area can be used in different cases for exemple when the overflow cargo, in case of over production.
- The emergency cargo which is out of the delivery schedule.
- The oversize or overweight cargoes.
Area between warehouses 1-2 (AUR2)
Area under roof of warehouse 1-2. is located beside warehouse1-2 (Totally enclosed side walls type).
The area can be used for :
- The overflow cargo.
- The emergency cargo.
- The unschedule cargo.
- The damaged cargo.
- The oversize cargo.
Security, Facilities
The building has high security. There is an official fire hydrant. There are fire hoses, fire hoses, and fire extinguishers at various points. And there are complete facilities. There is a 1000 KVA transformer with a high water tank. There is a structure for installing an overhead crane for the factory. There is a loading area for large vehicles.
